We are committed toproviding transparent informationto our potential applicants to assist them when they are deciding which programme to study.

The information published on our transparency page shows:

• The number of applications for admission on to recognised, undergraduate higher education courses that we have received from UK domiciled applicants.
• The number of offers we have made in relation to those applications.
• The number of those offers accepted and the number of those who have registered with us.
• The number of students who attained a particular degree or other academic award, or a particular level of such an award, on completion of their course with us.

It also shows these numbers by reference to:

• The gender of the individuals to which they relate
• Their ethnicity
• Their socio-economic background.

In some cases, students who are applying to study with us may not have reached the age of 18 years at the time of registration. Although we recognise that all students expect to receive the educational service that they are paying for, students under the age of 18 will not legally have reached the age of adulthood in the UK and so they will still be subject to certain rules and requirements that apply to those under the age of 18 (for example, in relation to safeguarding). This may have an impact on how the University delivers its programmes: for example, it may present challenges for the University in securing an appropriate range and scope of practice placements, which might cause delays to the programme of study or have financial implications for those under 18. The University will take all reasonable steps to seek to minimise any disruption to study arising from this.
